Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition. A return reference must be included, which will be offered by a member of our team. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging. Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse redress.
Quality
All of our parts are tried and tested before being going to the customer. The parts are removed from the original truck, carefully and safely by one of our experienced technicians. The part is then tested in a working vehicle to assess the quality. We clean the part and make sure it arrives to the customer in the best condition possible.
